Works well but wish the hose was longer and a larger diameter maybe 5/8.

product packaged nicely seems like good quality, but after only 4 months the reel will no longer latch into position and unable to contact company to resolve attempted calls and email

Arrived Broken
We mounted this upside down and it does not work at all, the hose will not pull out unless you manually spin it, once you spin it, the hose will not retract either unless you manually spin it back.
