I was shocked to find out that this mug is too tall for a Keurig Coffee Maker.

This is my second Contigo travel mug. The first one I had for a number of years, kept my coffee hot, leak proof , it was great. The second one that I just got is exactly the same but the coffee will not stay hot for more than an hour.

Ordered twice, got the wrong order twice
I put an order for the 720mL and got a 520mL...thought I might have been my mistake. I checked my order and I had selected the 720mL. Returned it and ordered a new 720mL one, just to get a 520mL again..... I've had my old one for about 4+ years and love it. Once I dropped it for the millionth time, it broke and I wanted to get a new one.

Delievery damaged my product
Delivery damaged bottom of mug. And rubber doesn’t fit well to mug. Looking so cheap.

Snapseal is a deal breaker
Snapseal...should be called Stupidseal. What were the thinking? The slightest moister on your fingers and you can't open it. .
