Aromatherapy Shoulder Wrap Herbal Pack, Angel

I tried 3 different shoulder wraps from amazon and a different one - the Spa Comforts brand - is my favorite. It's more lightweight, softer plush fabric, smells the best, and the filling stays put because the stitching goes all the way across each section of filling. The issue I had with this one was that the filling keeps falling across each side and doesn't stay in one spot so it feels uneven. (Think of how sand slides across an hourglass - that's how the filling slides across from one side to the other when you pick it up). If you want to adjust the filling from 1 side to another it then you may like the product.

I have become somewhat of a reluctant connoisseur of a variety of heated shoulder wraps, having purchased scores of them over the years, from liquid filled, electric and my preferred, these buckwheat or grain filled wrap (not sure what the filing is, honestly). My primary use is for treatment of migraines, and these style wraps are one of the few items that allow me a moment of relief. Somehow the hotter I can get one of these and place on my head and face, my neurons seem to become confused by the overload of sensation and I get a moment of relief. This style wrap has become my "go to" because the lack of a protective cover allows a more direct heat transfer, and the grainy filling forms easily to my face, shoulders and head. They heat in a microwave quickly (3 to 4 minutes in mine) and retain the temperature well. I have been known to re-heat it a dozen times in a 6 hour period, all without incident. This particular pack/wrap is great, although there are many similar styles out there. Large enough and filled appropriately to allow for folding and maneuvering into various positions (which I do often). I use it a lot, and based on previous experience, expect several hundred uses or a couple of years before the inevitable small holes seem to pop up. Not unexpected with the severe usage I demand. I will purchase by a couple more to keep around as backups. It is like a security blanket, I travel with it and need to know it is there, even though I may not required it's relief.

I agree with the others who said this -cheaply made. I first bought one of these almost 20 years ago. That thing lasted with regular use all of those years!In November it finally started developing holes. I made sure I ordered another one of the same brand expecting another 20 years of a good product. Well, how about less than two months? Last night I heated it, and when I picked it up, rice or whatever it is started leaking out of a 2” split-yes, a split not a tear- in the fabric on a seam line. This thing was nearly $25.00 for Petes sake!! I cannot seem to locate the company directly, so Im saying my piece here. I am still within the return time frame, of course, but it seems the return shipping is on me. I have already wasted a ridiculous amount on a cheaply fashioned bag of rice. Not gonna do it. If you order this piece of junk, consider yourself warned.

I have been using this for about 9 months and while it works well when you can position it right, the filling does not hold it's position well. When it wraps around your shoulders, the filling falls to the front. There is a nice pouch in the middle, but it ends up sitting on top of my spine and misses the muscles. For this, I'd give it 3 stars.However, after light-medium use, the fabric tore very easily. I don't know if it wore out or what, but it's been rendered useless now. This took it down to 1 star.

I was really looking forward to receiving this to relax every night and ease away tension but unfortunately this product is poorly made. It seemed to be half empty... It didn't have seams to keep filling from moving and completely emptying spaces...and the material was not therapeutic at all, it was very rough. The only thing therapeutic about this product was the smell. This would be perfect if they made them with a soft plush fabric, filled it more and put seams to keep filling from moving and emptying spaces. My friend had one that was like that and I loved it and that's what I was looking forward to, I guess I will have to find it elsewhere.

I’m super bummed about this product because I really do like it. But two months after I bought it, it easily tore open. I’m very careful with things and treat everything with respect, but this is really disappointing. It works well for the most part, but quit thin fabric was used to create it. It would be great if the seller could contact me.

I was extremely surprised at how high quality this neck wrap is. I love the thick plastic bag it comes in to help keep the filling and scented herbs fresh. I bought this because I had a migraine for over a month beginning from a neck ache and I wanted a natural way to relieve the pain and prevent future inflammation. Since the headache left, I use this from the freezer every day and haven't had it return. The angel fabric I chose is very cute! It would absolutely make a great gift for anyone.

My package was delivered early, however the contents were open and half of the pack had leaked out due to holes in the material, it's as if it were moth eaten, which is weird.

I used this on my neck, back and shoulders. It’s big and smells nice. Might need to heat it longer in the microwave because it’s huge. It’s a little heavy too in a good way
