Surig Essig Essenz 13fl oz Concentrated Vinegar

Great for canning. Has no weird smell to it, bottle came in great condition, and is sealed well.The size of the bottle is decent, it will last me a few months.It’s a good product for what it costs. I’d recommend.

Just as I remember it from many years ago. I like that it now comes in a plastic bottle as opposed to the glass bottle which was heavy and could break a toe if dropped on toes :)Remember that this very concentrated vinegar definitely dilute before using.

Arrived quickly, good quality, good price. Exactly what I needed for my grandmother’s old recipes.

The product itself is perfectly fine but the bottle didn’t have a seal on it and it was made out of easy to squeeze plastic. Who’s the “genius” who came up with this idea for a hight concentration vinegar?! Plus it got shipped in a regular paper bag. Some product got spilled and I got hit in the face with vinegar vapors when I opened it. I’d say 5 stars for the vinegar itself an zero stars for the packaging

Very strong acidic. I used it as a cleaning agent.

25% acidity , taste good for any thing you use it

You can do other things with this stuff -- like kill invasive weeds or squirt it into underwhelming soups, stews and chilis when they lack any bright notes -- but I bought it solely to spruce up my German hot potato recipie. It does the trick, and there's no substitute. But I only make that recipe about three times a year, and it doesn't require much of this stuff, so my still-half-full plastic bottle of Essig Essenz may get willed to my favorite offspring. But yeah: Buy it, use it, love it.

It is a plastic bottle with a flip cap. It was sent in a envelope. The bottle leaked. When i opened the envelope in excitement I almost got knocked out from the overwhelming smell of concentrated vinegar. Do not recommend
