Selkirk Sport Factory Second 30P XL Epic Polymer Graphite Pickleball Paddle

I am new to the sport 3 weeks in. However, I am a proficient racquetball, tennis and ping pong player. I must say I am hooked on this pickleball sport. I was given a wooden paddle (galaxy brand) to start with. I knew that a better racquet would no doubt improve my game. Wow! I was in a suprise for so many choices. I narrowed it down to a select few based on the Amazon reviews one of which was the 20p xl Selkirk (highly reviewed). I was lucky enough to have many players let me use their paddles at my local courts; none of which I was too impressed with. However, upon leaving the courts, I noticed a lady with the 30p xl by her side. She had won it at a local tournament. She allowed me to use it and I loved it!!! Offered to buy it from her, but she also loved it. Great touch, light weight, (7.34 oz) and feels great in my hand. I am ready to do some damage with this bad boy!

I started playing Pickelball in August and quickly became addicted. I used a paddle our club had until a week ago, it's now Nov. This paddle is amazing! It is light and has great feel. Hitting drop shots, lobs and placing the ball is so much easier. I can't always get it right but it truly is easier with a good paddle. Can't wait to start learning to slice the ball! I am athletic, but have spent most of my adult life playing golf. This sport is fun, inexpensive compared to golf and great exercise. Give it a try and you too will be ordering your own paddle!

This is an excellent lighter, graphite paddle with a longer handle.The weight is 7.35 oz and it is just perfect for my wife who is not a weight lifter. The graphite face gives it good pop and she is able to get the paddle in position easily. Her game has improved too. I tried it as a male who uses an 7.9 oz paddle and enjoyed playing with it. It was too light for me, but the longer handle I really liked.

Love the paddle. Very light. Makes it easier to spin and dink. Totally recommend with no reservations.

Great paddle !!!! My particular paddle weighs 7.3 OZ and was weighed individually. The slightly rough surface really puts a lot of spin & action on the ball. Great paddle !!!!!

This is the perfect paddle for me. I'm a 3.5 player and I think this paddle will help me move up. I've been using for a few months and I love it -- specifically I think the surface is a little more textured that some of the other shiny glossy paddle faces I've had. I think it allows me to have a little more contact with the ball and throw a little more spin on it than usual

Great racquet. Buy one you won't be sorry. Improved my game considerably.

This is now my go-to paddle. It's light enough that my tennis elbow is no longer acting up and heavy enough for power shots. The slightly rough surface is great for spins. I love Selkirk paddles!
