The touchscreen really doesn’t work underwater. You have to keep bringing the phone above the water to change from video or zoom..I used it for 4 days 6 hrs a day and no leaks or issues other than being really frustrated by the lack of touch screen control. I missed some great moments because I couldn’t switch from time lapse to photo. Also, the camera would automatically switch from 2x zoom to .5 fisheye without my noticing. Not sure how that happened and is was quite often. The glare on the touch screen makes it hard to point and see what you’re filming. Hopefully they can make a better touch screen model. Maybe it’s the screen protector..? But I didn’t have an extra so didn’t want to take mine off to try. Overall I’m happy with it, but the touch screen is frustrating. I suggest emptying your memory on your phone so you can put it on the right setting and keep it there. ..even thou it would still change when I did that. Also, your fingers get pruned..maybe the touchscreen doesn’t work for that reason. I hope the company works on it. Lastly, the buttons on the side open a little too easy. I was almost out as I was removing my gear and the case opened. I wasn’t fully submerged, but water got in and it was a pain as the charger didn’t want to work till totally dry. If I owner the company I would fix that too. Even just another millimeter inside the lock mechanism might help.

The case fit my iPhone 11 Pro perfectly. It was a simple operation to put the phone into the case, and the closure mechanism made it easy to determine that the latches were engaged properly. I used the case while snorkeling, and there was no leakage to a depth of five feet.The app was easy to use, though it limits the camera features to point-and-shoot, without access to the full range of controls available in the phone. For my use, I didn't need the extra controls, and still made great pictures.I had several problems using the phone in the water: (1) I inadvertently pressed the side button, which locked the screen. I couldn't unlock the phone in the water. (2) For one part of the trip, I was in a situation in which I had to use the camera with one hand. I couldn't use my right hand, because that blocked the lenses. When I used my left hand, I inadvertently pressed the mode button when I wanted to make an exposure. I'd like to see an option in the app that allows reversing the mode and exposure buttons.

We followed the recommendation that the iPhone case for the 11 would fit the 10 prior to ordering. One of the 2 latches did not stay closed and the phone did take on a small amount of salt water which damaged the phone. It happened on January 3rd, 2022 this week. The latches are too easy to accidentally be opened if something brushes against them so that may have been the problem that allowed the water to enter, because one latch popped open under water. The latch should be harder to open and more secure.Another case we used with my IPhone 7 last year had worked amazing with a 7 model last year, but this one for the 10 did not. The 7 case only had one latch which reduces the chances of it brushing up to anything and being opened unintentionally. It was a better design.Be careful using this case. The concept is good, but it didn’t work this time for us. With improvements in the latches and case, future cases should be better. I would consider how well your vacation can go when this case fails, the impact of salt water and your phone is no longer working.

Proshot case is my go to brand when it comes to convert our phone to an underwater camera. When I upgraded my iPhone X to my iPhone 11 Pro, I also ugraded my Proshot Case. The new case comes with a nice box to store your case and mount. The case fits the iPhone 11 Pro very well. Like our previous case, it has the same functionality with the Proshot App. With the bottom left button of your phone you select the mode: photo, video, slomo, timelapse, selfie, sleep. Once you have selected the mode, you use the top left button to validate your selection and start shooting the best underwater memories and selfies that goes directly to your photos App. No need to import them from the App. The app is very easy to use, even my 9 year old shoot her videos in the pool.

This case is amazing! As a professional surfer, this is the best product I have used when it comes to getting shots in the water. Over the years, I have used huge DSLR cameras with even more massive water housings and the Proshot case blows them out of the water when it comes to ease of access and quality I can trust. I have flooded three expensive cameras using traditional water housings because the quality was nowhere near the quality that Proshot provides. I can also now shoot 4K with my phone and the now all the equipment fits in my wetsuit.-Chance Gaul

Could not rate this product. Ordered a case for iPhone 11, that’s what it read on the outside of the case that it came in, but inside was a case for a iPhone 11 max. Will try to reorder and hopefully I will receive the right one!

Says it can fit an Apple Pro 11 and it’s to small- DO NOT BUY if you have one.
