Really useful product
This product has been really useful for my son’s development. He has been practising different facial expressions and naming emotions more since using this toy. It can also be incorporated into role play. I highly recommend if you are working on emotional development in the nursery setting or at home.

Great for understanding emotions
My 5 yr old is autistic and I purchased this back in 2021 to help him recognise both his emotions and the emotions of others. Fast forward to 2024 and his little brother is 1yrs old and it's proved to be a big hit with him too. He likes to copy the expressions esp the cross girl frowning and pouting. It's great for giving an emotion a name, so when he's feeling sad/ he's hurt himself he understands a little better the emotion that he's feeling. He also understands when his big brother is cross with him for breaking a toy / doesn't want to play. He gets the message and knows to steer clear!

Brilliant Tool for Helping Kids Understand Emotions!
This See My Feelings Mirror is such a simple idea, but incredibly powerful. We got it for our 4-year-old who struggles with naming emotions, and it’s made a real difference. The faces on the mirror help kids recognise expressions, and seeing their own reflection helps connect the dots between how they feel and how they look. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and safe for little hands, and it’s become a key part of our calm-down corner. My son now picks it up on his own when he’s frustrated or sad, and we use it to talk about feelings in a way he actually understands. This is also a great tool for teachers, therapists, or parents who want to help kids with emotional regulation, anxiety, or social awareness.✅ Pros:• Helps kids identify and talk about emotions• Great for mindfulness and calming down• Durable and kid-friendly design• Ideal for both home and classroom use❌ Cons:• Only shows a few basic emotions, but it’s a great foundationIf you’re looking for a gentle, engaging way to build emotional intelligence in young kids, this is a fantastic tool. Big impact for such a small item!

Really nice mirror.
Really nice product. Quite heavy but well madeBought for my autistic son so he can look at himself. He really likes it.Update.This is so much better than just a mirror. My son pulls up the cards and then looks to an adult to make the face. We say the emotion then make the face. It's really a fantastic teaching aid.Update 2 - Feb 2022 - this just gets better. Now my son copies the faces on the mirror and tries to copy the sounds we use for each face. This will be the best £11 you ever spend!
