I got this thing for $5 when I bought it, more than worth it.It is a literal chunk of memory foam shaped like a neck pillow in a soft, fabric zippered sleeve. Haven't had any complaints in the almost year that I've had this, although it is a bit firm to my liking.Squishes back into the string bag it comes in with some effort.For what I paid I had no issues. Don't expect anything fancy!

This is NOT for a small woman. We recently drove from California to southernmost Illinois with me as the passenger. I tried to use this neck pillow and, after two days, dug my old, much less thick, one out of my luggage.

The "pillow" is stiff and hard, extremely uncomfortable. It does not conform to the shape of my neck and shoulders. The bottom of the pillow is flat, as if made to sit on a table, not on the shoulders of a human being. I have a firm memory foam bed pillow from Temper-Pedic, and a MF mattress-topper from another maker. They feel completely different, adapting to the shape of my head, neck and body. To begin with, I was put off by the manufacturer's providing discounts to Amazon customers who agreed to write reviews. This is unethical on the part of Amazon, not the customers who wrote those reviews. But I ordered it anyway, and am very sorry I did. It goes back today.

Hard. Shoved in the bag all crooked so it looked deformed. However, I messed with it for awhile and it shaped up. I think it will work. Good price. Seems like good quality materials.

The pillow is comfortable but awful carrying case. It does not tie on well to suite case handle. Will have to come up with something or leave it at home.

It's OK, It is alittle to large...the neck does not lay flat for use on the airplane...and the foam is alittle to dense...

I received this pillow and wasn't sure how I felt about it. I tried it out for a short time before determining that it was far to hard for my liking. The fabric cover also ripped within a few hours of having the pillow so I had to return it.

It's probably going to Goodwill. It's too thick in the back and throws your neck forward. It might be useful as a knee pillow for side sleepers though. The best neck pillows are the ones with beads so you can shift the thickness to suit.
