I found this to be just the right consistency, and it lived up to its statements. I have lost seventeen pounds in just three months, which is amazing to me. I intend to continue using the yacon syrup for the foreseeable future. I am already starting to experience the benefits of my weight loss, so it can only get better as time goes on.I also like the fact that Peak Fusion is completely unadulterated, organic, raw yacon syrup. A rarity - it doesn't separate! However, it only tasted OK. It was not as sweet as most.I have bought eight different brands of Yakon syrup (seven from Amazon). Of these, one tasted awful, one was seriously short in amount provided vs container and one was downright unsafe due to packaging. All but one of the others separated with hard-to-remove solids at the bottom. This was the only one that did not suffer from any of those defects. However, it had a somewhat tart taste vs those that separated (which I mixed with difficulty before using). So, if you like that tart vs sugary sweet taste, this one fits the bill. But if you want a SWEETener that supposedly is healthy and does not raise your blood sugar, this one falls short.I think I'd rather go with one of the better tasting ones and cut open the bottle to mix the hard part with the liquid in another container.

Love this in my coffee, but don't use it then leave the house, keeps you regular.! Cleans you out. Have not had any luck with weight loss but keeps me feeling empty

Really can't rate it until I see how it's going to work. According to the manufacturer, results take up to two months, so I could possibly love it or hate it. Also, I did not receive a recipe book.The cap was not secured tightly, so some of the syrup leaked out into the envelope, which really made a mess.

I was skeptical when ordering but thought I'd give it a shot. If nothing else, I could use it as a sweetner. Well, let me tell you friends, it works! I lost seven pouds in 2 weeks and some inches too! I did not drastically change my eating habits either. It also tastes pretty good too.
