Beauty and a Beast
Bought this for my 2019 Ram 3500 to tow my 18K lb fifth wheel toyhauler. Very impressed with how well it is made and how it performed on its one trip so far.Installation was very easy after fine tuning each of the four cams to ensure a proper fit into the factory puck system.I highly recommend...Yet another quality B&W product made to last.

Great Hitch and product! American made!
I bought this to replace my Andersen Ultimate 5th wheel hitch. This is a great hitch! Simple to install, including adjusting the feet to fit the Ram Puck system. I had the hitch installed and set up in less than 4 hours doing all the work myself.(as an above knee amputee) I moved my RV less than two days later and had no issues at all. The adjustable height/profile allowed me to set up the hitch so that it sits below my tonneau cover, with no other adjustments. The only "issue" I have isn't so much with the hitch, but with fact that the release handle is difficult to reach from outside the bed of my dually.

Best hitch by far
Best hitch by far. This is my second one, the first one is still going strong after 11 years, but I sold the truck. I would expect this one to last just as long as the first one. Easy to install in the puck system. I locked all four of the bottom handles and drilled the top two to install locks for the head. Although No one ever tried to steal the first hitch top head, I thought about just making this a little harder to steal it.

Quality Product and Delivery
With the mix up with Tracking data, the tracking number provide for the package showed that my package was delivered to Nevada instead of Texas. Contacted seller and was provided a different tracking number and product delivered the next day, earlier than the projected date.Installation was only 3-4 hours and fit perfectly in my 2018 Dodge RAM 3500 4X4 with the factory Puck system. Locking Dogs on the base required no adjustment and the assembly was smooth. I will be securing the locking pins and replace some to use locks instead, just to keep honest people honest and any tampering by mischievous ones out there. All in All, aside from the mixup on delivery notification, a great purchase. Side note, company tried to contact me on Cell Phone, I seldom use or check my cell, and blocks call considered spam.

Great Hitch! Worth the Price!
Well worth the money! You can hardly tell we are towing an 18,000 lbs 5th wheel! It is super easy to hook up and disconnect from the hitch and can be done by one person if needed. There is no pulling or squeaking when we are driving when the road is uneven, which are 90% of TN interstates.

Never arrived
Okay, I did receive a refund without delay. But, this thing never arrived even though the shipping company said it did. Apparently someone in Louisiana got a free B&W hitch. Not sure how that happened since I live 1800 miles away from there. In regard to this hitch though, GET ONE. I did buy it from an RV dealer in my area. This is by far the best 5th wheel hitch money can buy. Smooth, easy to install, no bucking or clunking while driving. Trailer feels tight. Not all sloppy like my Reese hitch was. But to be fair it was a cheap Reese. I don't think B&W makes a cheap one, so that should tell ya something. Yes, they're pricey, but I guarantee you, you won't regret the purchase. These are puck hitches so be sure to order the right one for your truck, Ram, Ford, Chevy, GMC.

Superb unit, but there are caveats.
This is, as many reviewers indicate, a state-of-the-art unit. It is unquestionably well-made and robust. If you need the capacity, it might be worth the money. However, it weighs 206 pounds (their spec, I haven't weighed it), and I had to install a hoist in my garage to be able to handle it without danger of injuring my back (if you're an NFL lineman or Olympic weightlifter, this might not apply). The second caveat I have is that the release handle moves forward (toward the truck cab) to release and rearward to lock. I've been used to a Reese hitch in which one pulls the handle straight out and pushes in. I carry a 50-gallon water tank just forward of the hitch, and now I did not have clearance to unhitch or hitch the trailer without first removing the water tank, impossible if the tank is full. This is probably not your problem, but be aware you'll probably also need to climb into the bed of the truck to deal with the lever. I'm 6'0", and could easily deal with the Reese with my feet on the ground (4x4 truck). My final conclusion is that I bought an excellent hitch, but with only a 11,000lb trailer, it was overkill, was very expensive, and is not as easy to use as my previous hitch. Your mileage may vary.

Good Hitch, HEAVY and a couple niggles.
Very stout hitch, almost too stout compared to the 25K Reese I had which was quite a bit lighter. The Reese was a cast type steel, where this one is all plate steel. Also, with a dually you have to climb in bed every time to engage/disengage the lock pin on handle. Other hitch designs have the handle on side, not the front. Dual jaw seems very strong compared to single. The little spring that keeps the shoe plate angled down was weak, and bends itself to where it no longer works.
