Q: What color are these pills suppose to be? Mine are brown with white spots?? I don’t even know if i should even try them or send them back.

Hmm, mine are light tan with little brown specks. Why not contact Douglas Labs? They should be able to answer your question. I respond quite well to Ultrazyme. Been taking it for some time. I'm sure the 'ox bile' is a big factor. I don't do nearly as well on digestive enzymes without it.

Q: Why do you have a photo of the "Multivite" label rather than a photo of the Ultrazyme 180 Douglas Labs label?

Good question. We order this quite often, but it always has a picture of Ultrazyme on the label. Maybe the web designer grabbed the wrong photo when he/she set up the webpage?

Q: Is product integrity at risk if it is shipped in the extreme cold temperatures that are now being experienced in the mid West?

You really need to contact product manufacturing to be 100% certain but I would think that if its packaged well for shipping, which I've had good experience with Amazon with package packing, then you should be fine unless once delivered its sitting outside on a porch for an extended period of time.

Q: How many carbs are in each serving?

The enzymes would not contribute to any carbohydrate amount and the cellulose is less than 1gm which is insoluble fiber so technically there are no net carbs in the Douglas Laboratories - Glucobrium.
