From a converted coach house in Northumberland England artist John Hersey and a small batch of artisans lovingly make Unison pastels by hand. They make small batches of 100 to 200 pastels at a time. Each stick is hand rolled and allowed to air dry. There is a richness smoothness and intesity in these pastels that you can not find in any other line. Unison pastels are a hand made work of art themselves!
