Triangle Sun Shade Sail 16'x 16'x 16'Canopy UV Block for Patios Outdoor Backyard Garden Deck -Sand

We are very pleased with this product. We used to have a canopy on our back porch, but it fell victim to strong winds. We decided to go with these sun shades instead of a new canopy. I am glad we did. They were very easy to install with the hardware provided. They provide just the right amount of shade, as well as protection from light rain. They also look very stylish, sleek, and modern. If it's too windy, they can be easily taken down. If they DO blow down in the wind, they won't be destroyed like our canopy either.

It took me several considerations for the install. I used stainless steel cable 1/4” and turnbuckles to attach to my facia and trees. Don’t use anything other than the steel cable for install. It’s been over a year installed and still looks brand new. I would purchase again if needed.

For what the cost is and our odd shape we are really happy with ours. We didn’t know if we needed a porch or if something like this would work for a few hours of afternoon sun. This shade is perfect and works great. I don’t think it’s as cool as an umbrella it seems to let in more heat. But for the small amount of time we need it it’s perfect for our space. We have only had ours a few weeks and take it down every time it’s windy so not sure on durability.

Put this up in a corner in my horse's paddock. It survived a very very hot windy summer. The grommets are sturdy. The material is a little stiff and a looser weave but it does the job none-the-less.My horse spent most of his time underneath in the shade. It significantly lowers the heat of the sun. His coat was not sun damaged either, so it also seems to filter sun rays.Will use it again next year. I'll let you know next October how it survived in year 2

Thank you for giving ropes for tying down the sail. It gave just enough shade for my grill. It did drizzle during my party, but the sail was light enough for the sail to block it. Works perfectly!

Overall 5 stars. It came as a whole. Gives good shade. Feels like it will last. Handles wind good. I get alot of wind in my location and a lot of sun. Yesterday 99 and today should go higher then 100 so I'm happy I have this. May buy a 2nd one but for the price and feel I give it 5 stars

Seems ok for the price. Comes with ropes and a storage bag. Plastic type material that's similar to a gunny sack texture. Very lightweight. Breathable so it doesn't catch wind so easily. It's a little orange compared to the Amazon photos. I was looking for a more natural color. Well see how it looks after I get it up. Same material as the fence windscreens.

For some reason this is the only one that sags in the middle and you can't get it tight enough because the seams on all of the edges are sewn very well but doesn't stretch as well, so the fabric starts to stretch in the middle after a short amount of time in wind and/or rain storms. I have another shade, from a different maker and it doesn't sag.
