This product tremendously helped my milk supply. I noticed a big difference when I drank this tea. I would drink once in the morning and right before bedtime. It also tastes really good with honey. Ships quickly and the price is great! This is a cheap easy way to help boost supply.

I first got this when I had my son 6 years ago and this was the best. I didn't make much milk and i had a bariatric procedure so all the cookies and sweets were a no go for me (not too many good options for moms on a budget back then). So when I had my daughter 8 months ago I went straight for these and they are still the best! I have a great freezer supply and don't worry about spilled milk so much because I have great "refill" time. This tea keeps me so we'll hydrated and the herbs definitely work for my supply.
