This pan replaces our old daily breakfast pan (an 8" All Clad non stick pan that, ultimately, started to chip and flake). So far I love this pan! My only (very minor) complaint is that it is a bit slower to get up to cooking temp on our Samsung Induction cooktop/hob. This is likely due to how thick and heavy the bottom is. But once its up to temp (we normally cook our eggs on medium heat) it is a fantastic pan. We use only silicon tools on it; nothing seems to stick to it. I love the lower lip side that allows fried eggs to slip off onto the plate with ease! Highly recommended! Now if we can just save up for the rest of the Swiss Diamond collection!

My last stovetop cracked and after we replaced it, the pancake griddle pan I had no longer worked on it. No idea why it worked on the old induction stovetop and not the new one, but there you go. I ordered one from Houzz that was supposed to work and didn't, eventually found in the itty bitty text on the manufacturers website, that it was not part of their induction collection. I didn't have time to go around to department stores with a magnet and find one that worked the old fashioned way. So after much internet searching found this one. A little pricier than I had hoped (and might have found if I had wandered around Target with a magnet) but it is a nice looking pan, good heft but not as heavy as cast iron, which is what I thought I'd have to use. Assuming it lasts forever, I'm content.

I make crepes frequently and this pan is perfect! It is also great for omelets, pancakes , eggs and meat side, and just about anything that doesn't splatter. It cleans easily and heats evenly. it is pricey, however it was a gift for my daughter who wanted one like mine. It should be around for many years.

I like this product because pan is very well design, it is a totally non stick pan. Even a melted cheese does not stick to the pan. Thus it becomes very easy to clean it. Also it retains heat very well so I like it.

My son turned me on to Swiss Diamond and now I'm convinced he was right, that it's better than the Circulon he and I have used in the past. I bought the crepe pan primarily for super size pancakes. To save time I store the stacked super-sized pancakes in the freezer to be eaten after a quick heat-up in microwave.It's important to read care instructions. Never use on high heat because a low or medium heat will heat pan up to "high." I simply use a wadded up paper towel to wipe off any pancake drops, then rinse it out with a little soap & water to clean it. With a quick wipe-around from dish towel, it's ready to put back.

This pan is incredible, everything just slides off when done. I use oil or butter, but i dont think you would need to. Just heat it up slowly, this should last a lifetime. Love it

I bought this to make whole grain tortillas or crepes and it worked beautifully. I love this pan. I don't have any issues with its weight, it isn't necessarily heavy but I wouldn't say it is light weight. I'd rather it be sturdy and long-lasting than light weight. The tortillas slid right off. Clean up was a breeze.

Awesome quality and great non stick properties. This one is perfect for my new induction stove. This one is a little heavy and should last for a long time with proper care. I don’t need to keep it seasoned like other pans.

....à un prix abordable grâce aux offres reconditionnéesAprès l achat des poêles 20 cm, 26cm et 32cm , dont les qualités anti-adhérentes sont toujours appréciables après plusieurs années d' utilisation, cette fois ci une crêpiére 26 cm "reconditionnée" , dont l emballage était fatigué mais pas la poêle, toute neuve.

Je l'ai enfin utilisée. Effectivement, il n'y a rien qui attaché. Elle remplit bien son office et tient bien en main. Je n'ai bien sûr aucune expérience au sujet de sa longévité. Un reproche, ils auraient pu penser à des manches amovibles.
