LotteChoco Pies 2 Packs (Choco Pie)

My favourite snack couldn’t find them so bought them online

I only bought choco pies because I saw them on Kdrama, Descendants of the Sun, but once I tasted one, I was addicted to them.

We bought this snack after purchasing the same item (different packaging) from a Japanese supermarket. The snack from the supermarket was soft, tasted fresh and yummy! Everyone loved it.However, what was in these boxes we received from Amazon was dry, tasted stale and gross! The snack didn’t taste like the ones from the supermarket at all. The kids were disappointed. We ended up throwing the rest of them away.

They were alright but I didn’t really like them as much as I thought.

My son lives on this. We thought he'd be over it by now, but no, still going strong on this snack after discovering it about 6 years ago!

I remembered having a Moon Pie a few times, decades ago. These are similar but the smaller. I like that... just large enough for a snack. The flavor is as I remembered and excellent for lunch. I'm not sure I'd defect to another country to get one, but certainly worth a trip to the pantry.Amazon also sells some of the varieties sold in Korea. I'm wondering how these tea flavored varieties will taste.

Most of them were not in right shape and they were broken. The taste was not that fresh.

We grew to like these while living in Japan. These aren't quite the same. Same brand but the inside is a marshmallow like texture. They taste ok. So far my husband hasn't eaten any of them after trying it. I will grab one for an easy treat.
