Excellent supplement. This does exactly what it claims to do. VERY effective!!

The inside seal was not on, one of the capsules had a hole in it and the bottle was filled with powder. The rest of the capsule were not filled completely. The powder is off white and smells like rice powder. This is one of the worst orders I have ever received. I will not buy this again.
