Animal Pack

These are convenient, They contain 90% of what you need if you are a bodybuilder, Probably 100% if you're just a health nut, And they are a fraction of the cost of buying the included vitamins individually. I've been taking these for several months and they seem to be potent and effective. Yeah, It's a bunch of tablets in a pack. It's also a bunch of a vitamins too. I don't know that you could take everything that's in there and get around that. You can't beat this price and convenience!

Great product. As with most multivitamins though, don't take it on an empty stomach. It works great though! I can always feel a difference when I'm taking it. It consistently makes me feel stronger, sharper, and more energized. I've been using this product for years now, and will continue to do so. To anyone looking for a quality multivitamin, look no further. This one is the king.

others are definitely better but this has the combo a body builder needs if you go anywhere else you will have to get a multi and a mens and still may not get the aminos... i have been taking them for over 20 years off and on when im training and i know my body well and they definly do what they say...the energy is a plecebo effect i take my second at dinner and go to bed...but if u need liver and prostate help on top of the bb building blocks...you really cant beat it for the money . i have had others try to offer me the chance to sell their products but i would have to take them to promote something and i just dont feel like others compare. when u have a supplement company thats been around as long as arnold u know u have a quality product....these pop up by nite companies u need to watch

Animal is an amazing company that will never disappoint. I picked this brand for my daily multivitamin was on the reasearch. They put largest amount of vitamins and supplements to make them the best.They come in packs. About 6 pills.If you have a hard time swallowing pills I recommend just taking your time

Good effects

I was feeling really off and dizzy and went to several doctors for answers. After no help I decided to start taking a multi vitamin to help my body. I saw a you tuber suggest this product in a video so I gave it a try. Within a few weeks I started to feel better. Now I don't take one pack a day but I do take 2 packs through the week over 7 days with my blood pressure meds because there is 11 vitamins a pack and they are huge. I recommend this product. In my opinion you don't have to be a body builder to take these vitamins. Take these vitamins to feel good about your self.

I’ve been lifting for a consistent year now and I’ve used animal pak about 5 months on and off. And I always felt more energetic and wanting to go to the gym on the pak!Swallowing sorta sucks so ima try the powder next and I’ll review that too!
