A classic that goes down easy.
These are 200mg Ibuprofen but the sweet and smooth coating make them easier to take than any generic or even gel caps.

Surprisingly Effective
I've been having sleep problems associated with back pain. This product helps with both. Fully effective Advil, and a sleep aid that really works. One caveat: like more potent meds, the sleep additive is constipating, so you need to watch your dosages and maybe take a mild laxative with it.
