One of the best foods around. Surprised more folks aren't aware of it!

Not Red
This was not Red as advertised. It was small-grain garden variety dal which turns color once cooked. It might be fine for soup but not a dish that requires the grains stay red and be large.I could by this from local Indian store much cheaper. The reason I paid higher price was because of the picture and the fact that it said "RED".
