I am really pleased with this treadmill. I am in my seventies and this has helped me get that bit of extra exercise - whilst watching TV.I had a good read of the instuctions as I was setting it up and got going with no problems. I took a bit of time over the first few days to adjust the belt so that it didn't go off to one side too much, and I have been using it nearly everday to walk a couple of miles at between 3½ and 4½ mph. A couple of drops of the silicone oil every few days and there is hardly any noise or sideways belt movement. The display is basic, but adequate.My one gripe with this treadmill is the support bar - which is designed for children and not height adjustable. Why not? The cost would be minimal and would improve it enormously. By inserting a couple of studs and a rubber bungee I have the bar fitted in a more upright position, but can still lay it flat without a problem should I choose to do so. I am 5'8" (173cm) but if I was any taller the support bar would be completely useless.It would be a definite 5 Stars if it wasn't for the lack of thought that went into the design of the support bar.

This treadmill is exactly what I have been looking for!! It’s easy to move, easy to work by using the remote! it gives you your calorie loss and time & climb distance. I am 68yrs old and I find it has changed my life so anyone thinking about purchasing one take it from me it’s worth it Jane

When the remote worked, it was fine. However, the remote has stopped working completely now and there's nowhere to get a replacement one from. Now I have a very expensive towel hanger instead of a treadmill. Why can't these suppliers have spare and replacement parts for the products they sell? So frustrating.

This is my second treadmill, I can say that this is better when it comes to space saver. The design is good and performance is just perfect for slow running activity. There was only a delay in the delivery as it caused by the Coronavirus pandemic but that was not a problem at all. My kids loves the product as well. Seller is very responsive to all queries.

Received the citysport treadmill today and although it seems fine there seems to be a screw missing from one side luckily it’s not a load bearing screw I just hope Amazon can rectify this somehow I usually have very good service from them so I’m a bit disappointed that I’ve had to complain about the missing screw
