Lobobrand Thai Holy basil seasoning paste - 1.76 oz each (5 packs)

This is a medium-hot sauce, not burn-your-face-off hot. The flavors are great with meat and/or vegetables. I add to whatever combo of vegetables I've got that have been stir-fried until almost done. Add a little bit of coconut milk and the sauce. Put the lid on to simmer on low heat for a couple of minutes, or until veg are the way you like them. I'm no Thai chef - that's just how I use this sauce. I serve over basmati rice, because that's what I always have on hand.

This reminds me of the amazing food I had in Thailand! So easy to make and very authentic tasting.

Flavorful despite the heat. Would have liked a bit more basil. There were 4 leaves in the packet I used, which is supposed to serve 4. I personally would dilute the next one to serve 6 cuz we are wimpy when it comes to that kind of heat 😁 a few more basil leaves would let me do that. But no worries....thai and holy basil coming up in the garden!

This is a wonderful compliment to some of my Thai and Eastern/Asian dishes... Has a wonderful little kick with perfect balanced flavor! So happy I found it without having to drive to several grocer's to find it. Thank you for creating a beautiful product even though it's a bit more than I wanted to spend.It's a keeper...

This isn’t going to give you traditional Thai basil flavor in my opinion. There’s a lot going on insane these packets and it’s a liquid base that doesn’t smell great but tastes okay when cooked with whatever you are making. Does not taste like what I’m used to though
