80% Alcohol Hand Sanitiser Liquid Rub - 500ml - Kills 99% Bacteria, Germs - Sanitizer

I prefer the liquid consistency as it dries without residue, happy it is 80% and medical grade to ensure effectiveness. Like the smell as not overly strong and useful pump mechanism, works well. Will be on repeat Purchase. Very happy.

I thought it was a gel but it was like water and went every where...could not use it...my mistake

Since I can’t buy any hand sanitiser of any kind anywhere, I had to search on the internet. I do not trust the majority of what I saw & the rest I was unwilling to hand over money to immoral sellers cashing in on people’s worry. Stuff I paid £1 for a week or 2 before the world panic bought stocks of the stuff is being sold for over £15, the stuff in a green bottle they have in hospitals I’ve bought for £ 3.80 in the past is now £35 a bottle. I know that hand washing with soap works but my hands are suffering & with a toddler it’s handy for me to be able to use this also. This is 80% alcohol rub not gel so I find it dries better on my hands. It’s manufactured in the U.K & is a better size than anywhere else is offering for the money. It’s too big for popping in your handbag but I do take it with me if I go anywhere, I’m not buying small ones to use when going out when we’re supposed to be staying home. I still find £16 expensive but have looked at their website & they are a genuine firm who sell lots of health care related cleaning products. If you’re buying in bulk amounts, they work out better value.

A nice rub- exactly what I wanted rather than the more usual gels. Very easy to use and does the job wonderfully.

It's liquid and far superior to gel. Good strong stuff and not as difficult to use as many people are saying. I suspect they are dispensing it as they would a gel and are using far too much, hence the reports about it running off their hands before they can rub it in. Come on people, it's not rocket science. Simply cup one hand and gently tap repeatedly on dispenser until you have a small pool in the palm of one hand, then swiftly rub hands together and round each other and it's done. I've not spilt a drop of this using this method. It readily wets the entire surface of both hands and penetrates underneath the nails to ensure nails are effectively sanitised, something many gels fail to do. It wets between the fingers with no effort and is easy to rub in until dry. I feel very safe using this stuff. Once rubbed in until dry, it leaves skin smooth and soft with absolutely no trace of stickiness. Many people don't understand that rubbing in until perfectly dry is crucial to killing viruses and germs.Just understand you are buying a liquid, not a gel.

This is an 80% alcohol hand sanitiser. Given the current Covid 19 environment, I have tried a number of sanitisers and thought 80% alcohol would make it more effective. However it was only on arrival that I noticed that it is a sanitising liquid. From using it, I find the clue was in its name! As a liquid I find it runs onto the hand and through the fingers too quickly, which to my mind means you either use it more quickly or you have to express very small amounts to avoid wastage. It does do what it’s meant to, It dries quickly on the hands and it was delivered very quickly but I would be unlikely to buy again because of how runny the liquid was (I think to be fair to supplier, I have become used to more gel like hand sanitisers which means I wasn’t expecting this runny texture, could be compared to trying to pour and rub vodka into the hands!). If it hadn’t been for this issue I think this would have been a 4 or even 5 star review & when it comes down to it, it’s about personal preference because the sanitiser does what it’s meant to!

This wasn't quite what I expected as it's much thinner that I though it would be. However, after buying some small spray bottles & decanting it, I absolutely love it. I have a bottle in every handbag & an emergency bottle in my car's glovebox. Brilliant stuff & I even use it to spray my trolley at the supermarket: no waiting in line to use the same spray bottle as everyone else. Will definitely buy more.

This seemed a sound buy in bulk purchase. However the dispensing action is poor. It defaults to quite a large dose, and given it is pure liquid (compared to the usual gel) it it does it does dispense large quantities. Having used it a number of times, and despite being a generally careful person, it seems impossible to avoid it splashing out of one's hands.While it seems a good buy, these two factors will get through the bottle quicker than you think.
