The only pouch I've needed instructions for
Pretty Sweet and high quality feeling pouch. For everyone that says it is too tight, you may be doing something wrong.. if you hold the pouch from the sides while tugging your phone out you're putting pressure on the soft grippy part of your BlackBerry (I was guilty of doing this too).If you place your thumb and index finger as shown in the picture, the phone slides out almost as easy as it slides in. Other than that, it looks great, feels great, and works exactly as advertized. Thanks BlackBerry!!!

Does not fit KeyOne
I bought this hoping it would fit BBK1. It does so barely. It is hard to get it in and out. Just in case anyone has a Key.

Great quality from BlackBerry as usual
I really do like this case very much. At first I had my doubts but once I tried it I really liked it. It fits the Priv very snuggly yet can be taken out very easily, and it stretches out a bit with each use. I just wish they'd make this in different colors other than brown or black, something like a purple or blue or red or white would be nice. Great quality from BlackBerry as usual.

No longer use
BB used to include a pouch with their devices. Since few retail stores carry their accessory, it was a pain to have to search for this on the web after I had purchased the device. I used to love my BB, but I gave it up due to lack of OS upgrades.

Would definitely recommend. Stylin and Profilin', as The Nature Boy Ric Flair would say.
Fits well. Very stylish. Feels good in hand. Sometimes it is slightly difficult to get the phone out, but not crazy impossible, and it's mainly when I'm moving (which as I think about it, could be a bad thing). But that actually makes you pay more attention to handling of it, which is a good thing. You can't put a protective cover on the phone and use this case, so you should be extra careful.

I was disappointed with the product
I was disappointed with the product. I already have the same leather product that I bought directly on the Blackberry website. The one I received is definitely not of the same caliber in terms of quality. Well, for 10 dollars that's ok.I'm only disappointed with the description that mentioned real leather.

Great pouch for BlackBerry KEYone!
I actually got this for my BlackBerry KEYone because unlike the pouch made for the phone, THIS pouch offers FULL screen protection... and it FITS! High quality item. My one concern is that the pouch for credit cards my start to loosen with time, though that hasn't happened yet (knocking on wood). I have three credit cards and my license comfortably nestled in there.

Disappointing
What happened to the quality of BlackBerry leather pocket cases??!! I've used these on 6 other BBs, dating back to a Curve and I've always loved them. As other reviewers have noted, the fit on this is WAY too tight. My past cases have started a bit tight but quickly loosened up. This one is so tight it was nearly impossible to get the phone out (literally). I finally resorted to using some neatsfoot oil, inserting the phone and then leaving it on the wireless charger, which tends to warm the phone up. Between that treatment and simply leaving the phone in the case to stretch has made it so that it's usable, though still a PITA to remove the phone. The other difference from all the old sleeves is that this one doesn't inspire much confidence for protection from drops. The leather is much thinner than prior models, which is a mixed blessing. On the one hand, that's nice since the Priv is already quite thick. But on the other, it makes me worry how well it will hold up to a drop. One good change is that the case comes all the way up to the top on front and back--which does give more protection than the one ones that had the front lower to expose the LED notification light, etc.Speaking of the hole for the LED notification light--it is tiny and until the phone breaks in, barely lines up with the light. Making it a bit larger diameter (which I may do myself) would help make sure the light shows through.Having said all that I still plan to keep it because I can't find anything better. I want more screen protection than a simple snap-on protector provides, and the style with the flap doesn't close securely (and seems to be of even poorer quality).
