What are the dimensions of the base?

Apprx 4 to 5 inches I think. Can't measure it as my granddaughter has it.

Would this be sage to give to a partially blind child? Of course with adult supervision.

I wouldn't like to say yes because I don't know what that child is like, regardless about their blindness.But I bought it for my granddaughter when she was about 2.5 It's not a toy. Just to add my granddaughter still has it 3 yrs later and still working fine 🙂
