I absolutely love this tea, either in form of tea bags or loose tea. It is aromatic with rose water, or the specific rose water I recall from the city of Shiraz!I drink it as hot tea in the evening or I drop a tea bag in 80 oz cold water in a Yetti container and enjoy the amazingly delicious cold-infused tea all day long. The cold infused tea (as water flavorant) version of it preserve the rose flavor and smell and it doesn't taste like cooked roses! Not sure how else to explain it.It also gives your water a hint of sweetness which I think is because of stevia leaves.Because I am drinking this daily, I checked the chemical ingredient of Tulsi tea, since Tulsi Basil is not a common herb in our North American diet. The actual name is Ocimum Sanctum with several medicinal properties, so if you are on medications, especially blood thinner or blood pressure meds or hypoglycemics, consult your pharmacist or doctor.I suggest everyone try it at least once! Just delicious and refreshing 😋 😌

The calm of this tea is my first go to in the morning. Mixed with a tad of wild honey and a 1/4t of Rose powder this is a heart opening way to start my day. A perfect day in the making.

This tea is the best herbal tea I’ve used. It is a relaxing tea with great taste and actually has a calming effect.

Good decaffeinated tea with calming effects.

This tea is so soothing to your entire nervous system. If I get stressed I treat myself to a cup of this tea. It's loaded with scent and flavor AND it does not need any kind of sweetener at all. This makes a lovely gift to give others.

Cleansing

It is not a magic potion n will not help u if u have sleeping disorder but i may buy it again coz it smell so good.In my case i use it for it's aroma n keep one pouch near me.I use it in morning also n so far it is relaxing n calming.

I can not bear the smell and taste of this tea and i don't know but it made my deep sleep less effective because now i need to wake up more for pee.
