Organic Studios Masters of Writing Fountain Pen Bottled Ink, 55ml, L. Frank Baum Emerald (OS-021)

Such a lovely ink! You can see how varied and exciting the ink color is as I write, I need to work on pressure control so I can fully utilize that. You can see that this makes it difficult to draw and puts focus on mistakes that I try to fix, so I think this ink is best for writing. Excuse my horrible handwriting practice but it's a good example of what extended writing looks like with it!

I bought this under the impression they were using organic ingredients to create the ink, this is not the case.The ink comes in a cheap plastic bottle with a sticker on it, was unimpressed with the presentation.The color comes out as displayed.BE WARNED: The ink is not liquid resistant and if a single drop gets onto your writing it will disappear into the abyss. I'd buy some Noodlers ink. I believe it's cheaper and of higher quality.

This ink was somewhat lighter in tone than expected. I thought that the coverage would be almost opaque from the sample pictures.Color is nice even though not as opaque as desired. Flows well through my pens from my cheapest 'JinHao' Chinese cheapie to my 'Vintage' MontBlanc showpiece.Overall an excellent ink, but I will be trying different color choices in the furure.
