Pacific Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 8 oz Carton (6 Packs of 4)

I can’t live without my Pacific chicken broth in these containers. There are so many uses for these-add to rice for cooking, use to create dairy free bechamel sauce for chicken pot pie or chicken and biscuits. The 8 ounce size of one container is the perfect amount for these dishes and if you only need a bit of it you have the bonus of placing the cap on it and tuck it in the fridge for other uses. I buy this a case at a time. Now please, I need this in beef broth too for soups, stews , gravies, chili and more. Hurry we need this in beef also.!

As someone who has gone from cooking for 4 to now cooking for 1-2 I'm having to adjust recipes to make smaller portions. Chicken broth is a grocery item that I use in many recipes but small (8oz) portions are not available at any of the local grocery stores in my hometown. I ordered this because of the convenience of being able to open only what I need but I will continue to purchase not only because of size but taste. The taste is awesome compared to Swanson's, Campbells, Sweet Sue, etc. This broth has no clumps of fat floating as with previously mentioned brands and it's not high in sodium. It is organic, healthy, gluten free and tastes GREAT!

I found this broth after being in the store and constantly buying 32oz containers of broth and only needing 1 cup then it would go bad. This broth with its packaging, easy of us, and flavor blew me away. I see some reviews being critical of the taste and if you never have had organic free-range broth before this is NOTHING like a cheap broth you'd buy for $1 that is filled with crap to make it taste as it does.This broth does the trick!

Normally, I use a canned version of chicken broth to cook my top Ramen noodles in. Then for some flavor I'd have to add Soy, onions, ginger, and more. With THIS Free Range chicken broth, it has so much rich flavor, it needs nothing but my Ramen! Also, with a can of broth, I'd throw much of the broth away. With the smaller box, a perfect serving size, and NO WASTE! WHAT A FIND!

It's hard to find a chicken broth that has a sane sodium-content. This one comes close, and what's more incredible--it does so without sacrificing flavor.I love that this is made carefully and comes in such convenient packaging. It's so easy to use half and stick it in the fridge for another day, too.While I like the flavor, I feel it could be better. It's not quite as powerful as I would like. For the price, though, and given its sodium content? I'm not complaining too loudly.

Absolutely love the size of these. I always end up throwing out the larger chicken broth containers. So glad they make them in 1 cup sizes! The broth is very good. Not too salty and is made from a good quality, free range, organic chickens. I keep stocked up on this item for so many different recipes! Keep up the great work Pacific Natural!

I couldn't cook without this product on-hand. I actually have a "subscribe and save' standing order.The 8-oz size is very convenient for everything from just a nice bowl of hot broth (great when somebody has a cold) to a quickie soup. It's not to have to open a quart size when you only need a smaller amount. ALso enjoy the portability. I like to carry along something "real" when I'm traveling and this fits the bill.Good, full-bodied flavour.

I was hopeful that this would be some good stuff just right out of the package after reading some of the reviews. I was looking for a chicken broth that was gluten free and came in a size small enough to keep at work and just heat up instead of coffee or tea when I was a bit hungry and wanted a warm drink. I could not even drink a whole cup of it, the smell and taste were pretty awful. I think this would be just fine used in a recipe and that's how I plan to use the other 23 containers of this. If you want something that you can just drink right out of the package and that tastes AWESOME, try the Progresso Tuscany Chicken broth- this is some great stuff! They are bigger containers so you'll likely have some leftover if you are just putting some in a cup to drink, but it is so good you might just want to have more than 1 cup!
