I placed a big order and have yet to try everything. I am EXTREMELY grateful and happy that Midwest Spices sells these Malka Gluten Free Masala Packets! Before I ended up with Celiac Disease, I always used Shan Masala Packets. Now they hurt my body’s system alot and just very very happy to discover Malka Brand! Ive had the Shahi Korma, The Peshawari Karahi Gosht and the Sindhi Biryani so far.The ingredients are all very simple and simple! None of them have the added MSG (Ajinomoto, Chinese salt) that causes digestive issues.I MISSED eating all these because in the US its hard to find spices at really good prices. The plus side: These are all gluten free! I‘ve yet to try anything else by them. I will definitely be ordering from this company from now on for all my gluten free masala needs! It’s so good my son has celiac and I’m so happy to finally find gluten free biryani masala when Shan and national are loaded with fake spices and gmos this is amazing and has no msgs I’m beyond satisfied
