Best sleep I’ve had in ages. I make a cup of this every night. I use a little boiling water to melt the cocoa and then add hot milk to fill. Sometimes a dollop of whipped cream. Taste is very pleasant. I have a hard time getting to sleep and then staying asleep. This is wonderful and I wake refreshed.

Excellent taste and very convenient. I love cacao due to so many benefits it has.

Okay so I'm at the bottom of my bag so I had this mushroom coffee for a minute now. I noticed since the first few times of drinking it that I had this sense of calm I've not ever felt before. Last night I had some before bed as I was completely energized but wanted to go to bed around 9 so I drink a cup and I was yawning and fell asleep damn near instantly. This stuff really be putting me to bed so well it's like is this legal?! In terms of taste I didn't care for the sugar substitute sweetening but then I now use heavy cream a lil sugar and marshmallows and it's not that bad if you treat it like regular coffee. Also I'm on a extended fast where the mushroom coffee is going to have an effect much more than a person who is constantly eating or on a high calorie diet. Overall if you looking for good night's sleep and a sense of calm this does it extremely too well. Texture is thin and you may like the taste better with cream/milk, sugar. Health wise the L theanine content is likely the biggest benefit besides giving your heart a break from coffee's caffeine content. The price is a bit much but it's worth it to me I would buy again.***Also for the maker of this product idk if you read the reviews in case you do please fix the ziplock part of the bag. It doesn't close at all. I like the bag but it refuses to close no matter how carefully and hard I try to pinch it closed.***

Cacao is so great for your health. I drink this every night before bed. It is so helpful for a nightly routine. It is smooth and tastes delicious.

This product is absolutely amazing. It’s not too sweet and not too bitter, at least for my taste, and it’s definitely calming. This is the first time I’ve bought the larger size. I’m giving it an 3 instead of a 5 because it didn’t come in the round container with a lid, like on the advertised picture. It came in a plastic bag. I would rather have the product in the container on the picture— easier to reseal, easier to store, easier to spoon out of a container than a bag, and less waste of product in a container versus fumbling around in a bag.

I make a mug of this hot cocoa at night before going to sleep. It's easy to mix a tablespoon of the cocoa powder with a cup of boiling water and dissolves with a quick stir. I like that the ingredients are minimal, organic and from plants. I like knowing that the Reishi mushrooms in the cocoa are reducing inflammation and helping my immune system. I've also found I go to sleep faster when I have a mug of this before bed. You definitely taste the coconut & monk fruit and it has a strong dark cocoa flavor so I add a bit of sweetened cream. For me the price is definitely worth the benefits.

I am truly impressed with the couple of things I have purchased from Four Sigmatic. And this "cocoa" drink is MY favorite. I wish I could keep it on hand always, but cost prohibits me from doing so. Therefore, I buy it when I can and savor EVERY LITTLE SIP! Believe me, it's worth it.

Good flavor, dissolves easily with no gritty feel. I tried a single dose and while the taste was good, I really didn't get the energy and mental boost I have had from other brands. For the price, and convenience of single serve packets, I would definitely recommend.
