the pixies!!!!!!
sending all of the pixies recordings to be re released on 180gm vinyl was a perfect idea. our old copies were cheaply pressed, worn out or just not available on vinyl. thank you for releasing these!

NOT Clear Vinyl - But A Great Album
Be warned, this is NOT clear vinyl as stated. It is traditional black vinyl. Great album but don't be fooled by the clear vinyl offer.

Item was mislabeled. Not clear vinyl. Seller made good and offered a discount. Not really what I was hoping for, but what can you do.

There's a reason why these weren't on the debut album
Not that these are bad songs, it's just that they made the right call about which songs to pull from the Purple Tape for the debut, and these are the rest. Now, "Broken Face" is interesting just to hear exactly what and how Nirvana ripped off the Pixies, and the original version of "Here Comes Your Man" is a neat little nugget. If you're a diehard Pixies fan, get it and go with your bad self. If you're more casual, it's safe to skip this.

Great CD
Short and sweet review - worth it alone for the brilliant first versions of Down to the Well and Here Comes Your Man (I've always preferred this version - so pleased to get it in high quality here after all this time!).The first version of Build High is good fun too.Recommended.

ma quella standard, nera. L'edizione limitata è uscita, per la stessa etichetta, in vari colori (trasparente, viola, giallo, bianco, verde). L'ho restituito, peccato
