Just what you need. Don't spend extra money on a fire starter.
Oh god I can't stand the way this feels when it comes in contact with my finger nails. Other than that it's inexpensive, durable, and does exactly what you need it to do. The back of the package features a basic fire starting guide and it will fit nicely in your pocket or backpack. Save money and get this one, it does the job fine.

Does the trick and cheaper also.
Not much I can add other than get a hacksaw blade and cut it 5" long from the end. Where the end of the blade has a hole in it, attach the chain to the hacksaw blade and you won't have to look for it. AND SAVE YOUR DRYER LINT!!!! You now have a use for it. (I also use cotton balls and Vaseline if the wood isn't very dry)
