How long will this stay fresh for I want it for a birthday on 28th January, is it too early to to order?

Hi there - they are made from icing sugar, our stock of sheets always have a minimum of 12 months shelf life :-) they are a dry store item - so just store in the cellophane bag they arrive in at room temperature until the day of use :-)
