BTunes Bluetooth Adapter for Bose QuietComfort 15 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones (Headphones not included)

Update: The customer service is terrible. I contacted the customer service via every means possible (email, text, online form....) It took over 3 months for them to respond but they did eventually send me a replacement device, which is working great (although I never let the battery run too low now)---------------------------------------------------The primary problem I had with the BTunes Bluetooth adapter is the battery. I left it for a week without using it or recharging it at room temperature/regular humidity conditions. After a week it wouldn't charge and the VOXOA website troubleshooting for this established problem didn't work. The VOXOA customer support never responded to my numerous emails. I wouldn't buy this product again because of the battery issues. A minor problem I had with it was that the adapter is great if you only pair it with one device. After you pair it with the second device you'll have to "trick" it to reconnect with the first again, annoying but do-able. The range isn't particularly good, it goes to static when the device is about 25 feet from your phone/music device, which was never much of a problem for me. When it lasted the sound quality and wireless functionality was great. But the device lasted me 5 months before dying.

I use these every day at work. They can pair with 2 devices, but I found that when playing from 1 and then the other device that the sound can get pretty weird and it crackles. If you use it with just 1 device, like I do now, it works perfectly. It even has an auto off feature so you never have to remember to turn it off - just turn it on when you want to use it after being away from it for a while. Pairing was painless, and the connection to my Samsung Note 5 happens immediately. The sound quality is great - I do not notice a difference from using the wire. The built in microphone works great as well - my phone can be across the desk from me and I can still answer it and speak naturally.

I purchased this in March, and have used it for approximately 5 days a month and it worked great. I was very happy, until today. October. I was relaxing in an outdoor chair listening to an audiobook from my IPhone and it just quit. I changed to the cord and the audiobook worked just fine. I connected the unit to its charger nd got no indication it was working. No Lights. I tried charging anyway and no results. I checked Amazon and the last replacable day was May. Two months after it was purchased. I would not recommend purchasing it unless you just happen to have $100 to spend on an item that doesn't last 8 months.

This product is a literal piece of garbage (as in that’s where I just threw it). After patiently dealing with it for almost two years, I finally have grown tired of it. When it works, it’s pretty good. Unfortunately the “when” times are few and far between. It drops the BT connection frequently. When it isn’t busy frustrating you that way, it simply cuts out the audio for minutes at a time. Terrible business when trying to listen to a podcast while mowing the lawn.I used this on three different iPhones and several different versions of iOS and none of them have ever had different results.It’s so unreliable that I started foregoing my Bose QC15 headphones on flights in favor of some $20 BT earbuds, still wanting to bypass the need for a wire.If you enjoy spending your money for a poor user experience, by all means buy this. If you want something that works, however, keep looking elsewhere.

Pros:Work really well with my Quiet Comfort 15.Audio quality was the same as with the wire connection.Cons: item would be better if it folded up for storage. Ad pictures made it look like it did. Only complaint so far.

The pairing between the adapter and iPhone is spotty at times. Even when directly adjacent to one another, the sound is intermittent as if struggling to keep the connection alive. It's nice there is a battery life prompt every time the unit is activated. Forgetting the unit and repairing the unit with the iPhone helps for a time, but I eventually go back to the corded connection I use when the choppy sound becomes annoying. I am up for a new phone soon, so I will work with it again later on.

Poorly made product; I returned the first one and decided to try a replacement--it also failed. This product doesn't pair up consistently and when it does the sound quality is inconsistent or awful. I called the company that made the adapter hoping they could offer some help but all I got was a recorded voice telling me they would get back to me as soon as possible which turned out to be never! I had phoned them four times. This was a complete waste of money and my time. Fortunately Amazon is going to reimburse me.

Some source devices are unable to control volume level and sound cuts off or lags randomly. Might want to skip this one and look into another product.
