I am truly amazed at how good this taste!! This is the second bag I have bought, and I ALMOST feel guilty when using it because it tastes like real brown sugar instead of a zero calorie plant substitute sweetener. Perfect low calorie option for my daily iced coffees! Just froth 1TBSP in warm water with in instant espresso to fully break down the granules fast. Tastes so good and guilt free. Will continue to buy to help keep my sugar intake down.

I tried original Truvia before for sweetening teas and coffees and didn't like it. I ended up leaning to drink everything black/plain.I needed something to sub for sugar in my cooking. I cook traditional Taiwanese which always uses few teaspoons of sugar here or there to add a bit sweetness to savory dishes. I wanted to take out all that "hidden" sugar in my cooking. This product was perfect because it's been processed/formulated to be used in equal amounts like sugar. So there's no conversion guess work.However, I still find it as bit sweeter than sugar. After a few tries I've landed on using between 2/3 to 3/4 of this to what the recipe calls for in sugar.This works very well in my cooking. With the combination of other complex flavors in the recipes, no one notices anything artificial at all and this is a substitution we can all accept.

Incredible...tastes just like real brown sugar. We utilized this all month, even in dishes that didn't necessarily need the substitution, and it was great to know we cut back on sugar in all places. Bakes up just like regular, too. High quality stuff, highly recommend.

Not good have gone back to regular dark brown sugar.
