The unique V-shape of the burner ensures a continuous gas flow from front to back, thus creating an improved heat distribution over the entire grill surface. This means that the food is cooked evenly everywhere on the grill, as the gas pressure is consistently strong at every point of the burner. The tried and tested Flavorizer bars are the perfect shape to catch and evaporate the dripping fat and roast juices. So they give the food an irresistible smoke flavour. The non-evaporated roast juices are routed away from the burners into the fat collection system. The ergonomically shaped lid provides even more comfort when opening and closing and makes handling when barbecuing more convenient.
