exactly the book i want buy for my husband . i am from vietNam, and this book showed almost special food everywhere in Vietnam. and the recipe is exactly. should buy it.

The book looks nice but it doesn’t have a recipe for beef pho soup, which is the first step to make pho, it has all the pho recipes but not beef soup pho.The other thing I don’t like is it’s too small and pages are too tight, hard to read recipe and cook along.
