I'm very satisfied with the performance of my computer and it looks great.

Will not turn on!
I have to change my review to 1 star. After 6 months the computer will not turn on. Live Tech support is very hard to connect too. And now I have a dead computer. Even after all the hard resets. This is the worst computer yet!

Overall good quality. You can't use touchscreen if the mouse and/or keyboard are enabled, which is a con since I'm trying to use the wireless keyboard and touchscreen as the same time since I don't like the digital keyboard. (This means I'll have to use a wired keyboard!) Furthermore, the mouse and keyboard included are pretty normal. (Not the best!) Great camera quality compared to other Dell latops/desktops.

Returned item after all
I had to return. There was a static noise in the speakers. Dell customer service offered to replace the speakers because the computer was out of warranty. 😱. Yeah. They doubled checked. It was a refurbished item sold as new

piece of junk!
This computer needed a new motherboard (very expensive) after two years of light use. Would not recommend. Piece of expensive junk. The motherboard replacement is very involved as it is an all in one computer. Repair facility said it was not worth fixing. Buyer beware!
