I didn't notice a difference in my shoulder pain until I started taking two a day instead of one. This is a really expensive product since there are only 30 tablets per container so I'm giving four stars and not five because of the price. I switched to nattokinase because I didn't see any benefit in taking serrapeptase. Nattokinase is supposedly stronger than serrapeptase and it has proven to be stronger for my shoulder pain than serrapeptase.

This specific brand was recommended to me by my doctor along with other supplements. I'm not sure which is (or if all are) responsible for the change but I feel great and my blood sugar is way down. My blood pressure is down, I have more energy and I just keep re-ordering because Amazon has the BEST price.

Great for arthritis and circulatory health. For arthritis and circulation take 4 pills 4 hours after and 2 hours before a meal. For cystic fibrosis and lung tissue scarring take 4 pills 4 hours after and 2 hours before eating 2xs daily. Best taken with vitamin k2 mk7 form.
