Stainless Steel 30-Inch Frigidaire Gallery Series Oven with 5.1 cu. ft. Capacity

Best oven ever owned in 50 plus years.

I received the wall oven put it on. Main control panel defective. I missed 2 days return due to Covid pandemic . Amazon not helping me to return item. Frigidaire warranty will replace the whole control panel. So this is like buying refurbished item.Amazon help. I purchased a brand new wall oven item from Amazon.com that cost $1189.oo. I received the appliance ordered July 3 and received August 6. I called Amazon on August 28 after learning from warranty department that the oven's main control panel is not repairable but replaceable. Service department needs to be scheduled to come to my house disassemble each part ..each screw and replace the mother board. I missed the August 26 request for return per Amazon policy although I received the item on August 6 and it's not 30 days from receiving the item. I called Amazon several times to help me return the damaged item which then called 3rd party seller for return ticket but it's the same response from Amazon and 3rd party seller. Call warranty department to have it fixed. It is unacceptable to have this damaged delivered item and to deal with pain of having the warranty department disassemble and repair the BRAND NEW item that cost $1189.00

By far the best oven for the price. I searched for hours, and there was nothing else that even came close. Everything seems very well designed.I can read the control panel in dim light, without glasses (how much would it cost for other companies to do that).The oven is very well insulated, I cooked something at 350 deg F, and the front door didn't even get warm. There is a coating on the glass to reflect heat.The temperature probe works as expected (nice feature).The convection fan is very powerful.The only PROBLEM was removing and replacing the front door, during installation. If you know how to do it, it's very easy, else it's impossible. The instructions were useless. I found out the "trick" on a YouTube video someone made because he injured himself taking the door off. It's sad that such an otherwise very high quality product is tarnished like that.

Shipping was faster than expected and the oven was in great shape when it got here! So far, so good! We are enjoying cooking with it and feel like we got a great deal on a convection oven! We also installed ourselves and didn't have a problem (we are by no means professionals, either).

its big, and heavy and very deep!!, had to move outlet away from rear wall to the side to get it all the way built into cabinets. After kind of a difficult installation it works find and the cookies that were made in it were delightful :)

The media could not be loaded. These were installed by a professional. An hour later one of them had a corner of the face pop out. Then a couple hours later the same corner on the other oven (we purchased 2) popped out. I would not suggest anyone buy these. They were brand new. Looked fine when we inspected them upon arrival. It was just after exposure to air for a while did the top part start coming apart and seems like glue just didn’t stick between it. Frigidaire won’t replace because it’s cosmetic. 😞

Delivered in perfect condition...Fit in with no problem where old oven was...now I just need to learn convection ...the price was great
