Third use and the grommet slipped out and the band came loose. Scratched my leg. You are lucky it didn’t take out my eye. Terrible construction and dangerous. Resistance bands not shown on box and not included per the description when purchased. This should be recalled for safety. Returning immediately. Could not leave zero stars so there is one.

It arrived quickly with everything included (only reason for 2 stars) but it’s incredibly annoying to workout with. I am 5’10” for reference. The bands are too long for me to do curls with - there is no resistance. BUT too short for me to do full stretches with - they detach from the straps. I tried to roll the bands around the bar and they come loose and resorted to tying them but now I have to pause between each exercise to untie them and I lose the burn. This is everything I’ve noticed from my *first* time using it. Hopefully it improves as I learn more? I’ll come back and update my review if it gets better but if it doesn’t I won’t. So if you’re reading this and there’s no update yet, I’d buy something different.

UPDATED:Great customer service. They contacted us to make sure the item had been delivered and when they heard we had a problem the offered to replace - which was not necessary.Original:Problem in production that would not allow the bar/product to be assembled. We used a Dremel tool to file off the metal left behind on the factory punch so that the bar would fit together and lock in place- not a big deal for us, it is probably a one off error, but might be a problem for someone that does not have the tool to fix it. Works well, will have to see how long it holds up; we appreciate the variety of bands. It is nice to add to the home work out routine. Everything needed came in package including a small bag to store the bands when they are not in use.

This was to get me started along my weight loss journey. The band that connects tot he bar is so long that my husband who is 6'4" can use it and it still does not have any tension. The bands that come with it are so cheap and thin that they rolled up on my workout shorts. This was a horrible waste of money!

You get what you pay for. The bands connected to the bar and are too long to get any type of resistance (I am 5’2”). The small resistance band are ok, very thin and I’m almost afraid to snap them. But for the price I guess I got what I paid for. I did see this same product at a Walmart for a bit less.

First time I'm returning something purchased here. I am returning this after it came apart many times while attempting to use it. The loops that are at the he'd are not sewn evenly, so one has a bigger loop than the other side, and if you try to loop it to get more resistance, one side loops while the other one doesn't. The bands on the stick don't really have any resistance. Also, if you try to simply loop it around the stick, the stick just comes apart while you are using it and you can end up hurting yourself. Very disappointed in this purchase. So much so, I no longer even wan to workout with this type of equipment, not worth the money or risk of injury.

I recommend this to a friend (33yrs old)and family member (67 yrs old) however we all weren’t satisfied with this product. They should modify the elastic bands by making the resistance bands adjustable for good work out. Otherwise there’s no point of this work out equipment for men or women.No worries, Next time I’ll only recommend this product to anyone over the age of 80 years old .

Everything is pretty good. The resistance bands have a nice variety of resistance. So far none have lost elasticity. Only thing i wish is to be able to adjust the resistance on the bar. The bands on that are pretty low resistance and I wish i could add some
