Ship time was quite fast. Product appeared to be high quality.Had a problem with product registration. Found out main problem was Amazon stripping e-mail addresses.Seller issued prompt refund. Overall, quite happy with seller. Not so much with Amazon.

Excellent tool only issues was charger doesn't work didn't want to return cause the drill really is an excellent drill, just went and a dual charger from home depot

It's a rigid drill and batteries. I was a good price considering all I needed is the charger and one battery.

I'm pleased with my new R860052K trill kit, but am disappointed that it does not have a built in work light...otherwise it is a good value. I would have preferred to go brush-less, but I just didn't think it was worth the extra $$ the vendor was asking. I do household maintenance projects, and my son in law left a ridged drill/driver with me along with a charger and a dead battery. He was not the original purchaser so therefor the "LIFETIME WARRANTY" could not be applied to the dead battery. I had no trouble registering my new purchase and look forward to many years of service from it.

I have other Ridgid tools so this was a nice addition to my set. Works fine and lots of torque and the battery last a pretty good while.

This drill is for housework. Very light duty with a plastic chuck. This drill is designed for drilling through wood or softer materials, not for dealing with metal or steel or even driving in screws. This drill is way below even Ryobi or other off brand labels. Don't buy it.

I purchased a refurbished Rigid drill 3-4 years ago. It's light weight yet powerful and now I bought 2 more so I just need one charger for all the batteries.

Well worth the price
