Laguiole en Aubrac Handmade Knife 11 cm L0211BCIFI Deer Horn Handle, Blade and bolsters Stainless Steel Shiny

The first knife I purchased was gorgeous but the rivet the blade pivots on was so tight it was very difficult to open or close. Upon closer inspection I found someone had worked the blade open and closed so many times in an effort to make it usable a large amount of metal wear particles were built up inside the body of the knife. I returned it and received another. The second one is also very poorly made. The handles are very badly fitted and it seems in order to make up for a lack of hand fitting a black epoxy glue was used to fill large gaps in the handle material. I would suggest not wasting your time or money on these inferior products. Buy a Boker Solingen or a Great Eastern Cutlery instead.

Liked it from taking it out of the package. Looks great, sharp, no rough edges. I have used it to prep food and cut bread.

(the perfect size for a large hand, in my opinion.)everything about this knife screams class & quality.add on to your collection. you won't be disappointed.
