Attractive, high quality hinges
I installed these hinges on an outdoor shower. The hinges were easy to install and adjust to the size of the gate.

Online pictures looked great. I was under the impression these were machined aluminum parts but they are actually metal hinges under plastic cosmetic covers. I've installed them and while the plastic covers are not ideal they look very good. Adjusted with a light spring load they help keep the gate closed even in winds. So far so good.

Big sturdy hinges
These are monster hinges, I can't imagine them breaking. They give you a lot of control over the level of torque they apply. By default they will slam shut with enough force to kill a small cat.I installed my hinges indoors for a half-door at the top of a staircase to replace an ugly baby gate. Overkill, perhaps, but very effective.

Boerboel will NOT HONOR their WARRANTY
Product failed within 6 months of installation, but Boerbell would not honor their "LIFETIME GAURANTEE".

Pricey but worth the money.
These are kinda pricey but they work great. I tried using the spring with regular hinges but the spring broke after a year. I have a pool and needed something that would work all the time so I don’t have to worry about some kid just wondering in the yard if the gate was open. These adjust nice and easy too.

Solid hinges, just be careful with hinge covers
Great adjustable hinges. Just don't take the plastic covers on and off a bunch of times. They hold lightly snap into place and the plastic that grabs the bolt can weaken. Otherwise they are great looking and solid. My gate is 90 pounds with a solid core.

Expensive but worth it.
Used it on a relatively heavy gate. It’s been over 2 months and the gate’s still level and opens very smoothly. Easy to install but make sure you follow the directions for the tension. The first one I received the nut was stripped on the tension adjustment. I thought I had done something wrong but the 2nd one worked without a problem.

Great hinge but cheap cover
The hinge it self is very good and install was very smooth. The reason for the 2 star is that the covers for the hinge is cheap plastic and the clips to connect the cover to the hinge are also very thin plastic. I lice in an area that can be -20 in the winter and +35 in the summer and I’m not expecting the covers that last very long
