I love the sauna effect on this pants and felt it working about a minute after I put it on! The material is very sturdy and flexible. I wore it when doing my usual work out and sweat twice as much more! Since sweating makes me lose water weight and bloating so much faster, I feel muchhhhh more refreshed after my workouts now. Definitely would recommend!

They are very good pants, the only thing that I give it a 4 star (it may be silly) is that with my other sauna pants I feel I sweat more and these ones do feel smaller than the size I ordered, the yellow part does get dirty when you work out. I wear my sauna clothes under my workout clothes and you don't know is there and there is no sound to it, the butt area feels low when you squat but not anything exaggerated, having other sauna pants they all have that problem. They are not my favorite pants but they do the job. They work you sweat don't take me wrong.

Ok, so I’m a little undecided on how to rate these joggers. I’d probably give them 3.5 stars if we could give half ratings. It depends what kind of joggers you’re looking for and what’s most important to you in joggers. For starters, all the reviews I see here aren’t even for this actual product. They seem to be for their sauna shorts, which I see in a separate listing. So I’m reviewing THESE JOGGERS that are the accurate product in black color size small.PROS: Perfect ankle length for me. For reference, I’m about 5’2” tall and weigh between 102-105 lbs. I absolutely hate useless reviews that don’t mention how tall or how much someone weighs. I have been searching high and low for some comfortable black joggers with a fitted band at the bottom that were ankle length so they’d look cute with tennis shoes. It’s a challenge for a short gal like me. These are the only joggers I found on Amazon that hit right above my ankle bone. I also like that the tie string is a different color than joggers. Minor detail, but I liked that. Pockets are also a plus. It’s also a little more fitted through the legs than other joggers I’ve tried and not a super slouchy, sloppy look.CONS: Reviews mentioning that these are the softest pants, & they don’t want to take them off...um, NO. Definitely NOT the most comfortable or soft material actually. So if comfort is the #1 thing you’re looking for in joggers, skip these. Also, SIZE UP! I’m a petite girl. I typically wear a size 0-2 in women’s, XS in tops, 25 inch waist in jeans. I basically never wear a medium. But these joggers are a little too tight in the waist for me. It’s doable, but I won’t be going to any buffets in these pants. I read the size chart in advance, but wasn’t sure because I noticed the waist was super small & noted at 23.6”. The waist size in their medium said 25.2”, which is more my size. But small said 0-2, which I am. I also didn’t want to sacrifice length and get longer pants with the medium. I needed the shorter length. They fit me everywhere else besides waist. I think I’ll be keeping them though because I can’t find anything else with the right length. Tall girls, I wouldn’t recommend. Another thing to mention is that the top of the joggers just covers my belly button unlike the pic where it appears to be more low rise. They’re not. Hope this is helpful for someone.

The pants ordered were XL and although the measurements on their site says that’s what would fit me they fell off. I was able to return without problems and exchange for a medium without problems so I gave them a 5 Star. I’m a size 4 and the medium are good for my waist size bc I have put on weight only in my midsection. Otherwise I could have ordered a small. They’re fitted and I like that but at the butt area, it’s made for people with pancakes.I like that it has a pocket on the side for a phone. Also there’s a zip at the ankles if that matters to anyone.They make you sweat a lot while working out so it’s perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.Also my sister couldn’t fit into these but I could so body shape may play a factor.

It's fits very well ,very comfortable ,love the color and material.is very soft I wanted for night time when we ride bikes or run and they are perfect.

I wasn’t sure what size to choose as I wear a 8-10 and I’m 5’2” so I ordered a medium. I probably could have gotten away with a large. But so far I love ❤️ these they are snug on my thighs which I like because that’s were I’d like to slim down. There’s some give on the waist not a whole lot but I’d definitely repurchase them and can’t wait to workout in them.

Very fast shipping and delivery, they were as described by seller. I love working out in these and sweating out the water bloat I get from eating everything it seems these days. Always feel a bit lighter after wearing these and they are easy to wash and take care of. Would recommend these sellers, and would do business with them again.

Product is exactly as described. They do work well and make you sweat more while working out. I like that they are not bulky nor make a sound like the other sauna pants.I am usually size S, ordered M so they will be more high waisted and it works great.I would recommend this product.
