What should I do with my make-up now?
I don't like to throw the word "miracle" around. Perhaps impressive, remarkable, extraordinary. This time I will make an exception and say that this product is a miracle. My heading? Let me explain. I'm accustomed to wearing my make-up to cover a myriad of flaws from blotchy, uneven skin tones, redness, mild/moderate acne scars, and large pores on my nose. I won't go so far as to say that I now have a flawless alabaster complexion. I do have even skin tone!! What is this? Holy crap, I may actually have to wear blush to get a bit of pink in my cheeks. My acne scarring (particularly in the mild areas) is noticeably smoother and the moderate scars are now what I would call mild. Alas, the pores on my nose are still visible--especially to me, though not as much to others--BUT half the size they were (they were enormous and the exposed sebum in the pores oxidizes and turns dark; therefore, they looked like blackheads--ugh).I combine about two drops of the Rosehip oil with 2-3 drops of 100% pure jojoba oil and apply to my face and neck. That's it. No other moisturizers. My face doesn't look at all greasy, and until I started using the jojoba oil about a year ago, I looked like I was constantly sweating my face was so oily.Do not let the word "oil" deter you from trying this product. When I first learned that jojoba oil was more consistent with the sebum our bodies naturally produces, I was skeptical but desparate enough to try it. All the little bumps on my oily forehead that two different dermatologists said were from extreme dryness disappeared almost overnight. Okay, within a week, but since I'd been dealing with them for years (treating them like acne), it felt like an overnight success. (FYI: one of the conditions of dry skin is oiliness as the body produces more oil to the top layer in order to try to naturally moisturize it. I switched to Cetaphil when I learned this and it helped, but the jojoba oil was the clincher.) All this being said, when I learned about Rosehip oil, I was ready and willing to try it for the aforementioned issues. I truly didn't have high hopes. At best, I figured some smoothing of my fine lines would still be worth it.I went to lunch with a friend the other day (one I hadn't seen in months--though I'd only been using the product about a week) and she asked if I'd been to an aesthetician or had something else done. I grinned like a fool. Clearly, I wasn't seeing things I wanted to see--someone else saw them too. She was astounded at how good my skin looked.I simply cannot say enough good things about this product. I was originally looking at a cheaper brand, but too many reviews gave low ratings for quality. Doing more research I came across Trilogy and was impressed with the brand, so I took a chance. It has paid off. If I could give this more stars, I would.Update: 12/17/13 I just put my second bottle of this in my "cart." I ran out a few weeks ago, and kept putting it off. I have noticed that my skin was starting to look dull and blotchy again. Then it hit me! I hadn't been using my Rose hip seed oil since I was out. So, here I am getting more. Still love this stuff. I do still wear make-up. While this product has made a huge difference and my make up creates an almost flawless facade, I do have fairly bad acne scarring from my childhood days. While the rose hip seed oil has made a tremendous impact on them (much smoother), they aren't gone completely, so I continue to use make up.

Miracle product, esp. for pregnant ladies dealing with hormonal acne
I have purchased hundreds of products from Amazon, but this is my first review. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT.I have had terrible skin since I was a teenager, but I had learned how to keep my acne under control, mostly through the use of serious prescription medications (retin-A, spironolactone, etc). When I was trying to get pregnant, I had to cut out all prescriptions and try more natural products. The first few months of my pregnancy, nothing worked. My acne was as bad as ever, with the added problem of increased scarring and redness. Ugh. After some internet research, I purchased this rosehip oil (I confirmed first that the amount of Vitamin A in this product was not dangerous for a fetus; the company website even confirms that it's safe for pregnant ladies.) The rosehip oil is moisturizing but also has some crazy quality that does not clog my pores, and that makes my skin look fresh. My skin has seriously never looked better. It took only a week or two to see a difference. My skin is so sensitive and problematic that EVERYTHING makes it red, and EVERYTHING clogs my pores. It's super frustrating. However, I have not had these problems since using this product. I stopped using more expensive serums and moisturizers because this is basically all I need.My daily routine has been as follows:Morning: Wash with a gentle foaming cleanser. Use a 2% salicylic acid toner (also confirmed that topical salicylic acid in concentrations of 2% or less is safe during pregnancy--bad idea to take orally, or to use higher concentration), and follow immediately with 4 drops of rosehip oil. Finish up with sunscreen.Evening: Wash with a gentle foaming cleanser, follow with 4 drops rosehip oil.

Rosehip Oil That Doesn’t Irritate My Eyes...FINALLY!
Trilogy does not give me the same irritation/reaction I get from other brands of rosehip oil.I had been using rosehip seed oil for a long time before I finally realized that I was sensitive or allergic to it. My eyes were itching and burning INTENSELY every day, and I spent a couple of years trying every brand of mascara because I thought that was the problem. I ran out of roship seed oil at some point, and realized my eyes weren’t irritated when I didn’t use it. So, then I began trying different brands to see if I could find one that would be less irritating to my eyes, because my skin just isn’t the same when I don’t use it. After much trial and error with several other brands, I ordered Trilogy. I LOVE IT. I get all of the great benefits for my skin (it’s excellent for anti-aging, acne, and a generally glowing/dewy complexion), and I now have very little eye irritation. If I accidentally get it on the corner of an eye, or if I rub my eyes and a tiny bit gets in there, I do have an issue, but it’s WAY better than other brands that gave me irritation no matter how careful I was to stay away from my eyes.I’m so glad I finally found one that I can wear on a daily basis, without the torture of itchy burning eyes!If you’re sensitive/allergic to rosehip oil, you just might be able to use this one.If I had to be critical of this product, I would only have two (tiny) complaints:1. The tip of the dropper is curved. I do not like that. It gets a little caught up when you try to take it out of the bottle, and I’ve accidentally tipped the bottle over when I’m only using one hand.2. The bottle is made from a matte glass. I’m very attuned to different textures, and the matte glass is a little like nails on a chalkboard when you twist the dropper lid on and off; it doesn’t screw on smoothly. The sensation is not pleasant. These things in no way affect the product itself, so I will definitely continue to purchase this great oil!
