I think I read somewhere that these are useless. However, my wife swears these are the only thing that works for her.

Make sure that you get the right amount
I first ordered it and I got only one box and the Amazon representative helped me out with the order so I was able to get it worked out the product works great and no issues with being sleepy

Great product poor shipping
I buy this product regularly. I just can't understand why Amazon advertises that there are meds in the box. They use a box marked "PHARMAPACKS all your daily needs". The box was opened, and these boxes are hard to open, so it couldn't happen in the shipping process. At least this product must not have been what the person was looking for because it was still there.Product itself works great for the pain and pressure pressure from my sinuses.I took away one star for the shipping.

Sinus problems
I’ve been having lately a lot of sinus headaches and getting the pressure and also having some drainage down the back of my throat it seems like these work pretty good for that
