What are people thinking in these negative reviews?
Are people trying to install the cover plate before they attach the keystone brackets? And, then writing negative reviews because they did it wrong? This plate fits any standard double gang box, that I can see.Use the long screws first for the keystone brackets (like when you install any receptacle) and then put the cover plate on last. See the photos.

Good quality, a little confusing
The faceplate worked perfectly for what I needed. The quality of the faceplate is very good. It took me a minute to figure out how to use it. Once I did figure it out, it was very easy to use.

designed in such a way as to be almost useless
As you can see in my attached pictures, this wall plate consists of 3 plastic pieces accompanied by 8 screws, 4 each of two different kinds. Two of the plastic pieces each hold a snap-in modular keystone jack, and need to be attached to the inner side of the larger double-wide wall plate with the 4 short screws from the outer side of the larger plate. The two plastic inner plates have threaded metal inserts to accept the 4 short screws. Then, the 4 long screws are used to attach the whole assembly to the wall box ... except there are no holes for these screws. You have to make those holes yourself, and I can't imagine any application where it wouldn't be necessary to have those holes, so why they're not there to begin with is a complete mystery. I melted the holes with a soldering iron (scraping off melted plastic with a scraper blade). Fortunately, there are circles imprinted on the inner side of the plastic where those holes need to go (the circles lined up with the holes in the orange plastic wall box for data wiring). So the end result is kinda weird - 8 screw heads on the outer plate, 4 to hold the inner plates to the outer plate, and 4 to hold the outer plate to the wall box. Also note that it's not possible to use just the longer screws, as they won't fit through the threaded metal inserts of the inner plate.Unfortunately I could find no other alternatives other than a stainless steel version sold at one of the big box home stores, but I'm a stickler for consistency and want the wall plates to match (not that any of my other wall plates have that weird arrangement of screw heads).

No keystone inserts?!?
The item received is not as in the picture. I purchased this item because it was pictured as having 2 inserts with keystone compatible holes. What I received is a wall plate with NO inserts.
