This display is very beautiful, however, I received a defective display. Multiple dead pixels throughout the display( roughly a dozen).Also, the seal on the box was already open/broken upon delivery and someone just tapped over it. Did the vendor ship me a monitor that was returned, should have already been RMAed and just shipped it back out as a new product?When I try to get a replacement, all that is offered is a refund. I just built a $2,500 PC which will not have a monitor if I just return it.I don't know where to go from here... I understand deflections can happen and I really do like this monitor. I would just return it and buy another one, but the product is currently out of stock and says it may not come back in stock.I've been using nothing but MSI parts for many years and this is the first defective item I have received. Someone, please help me correct this situation?

I have had this monitor for close to a year and I absolutely love it still. The rgb lights are a nice addition and the monitors various modes that the monitor can cycle through make it convenient to switch display settings quickly. Very happy and plan to make my next monitor purchase an updated version of this monitor in the future.
