These fit my 230 pound, 6'1" brother in law great and he finds them to be easy to use and very comfortable. Normally, he uses one per day but recently had bladder stone & prostate surgery so he's been going through about 8 pairs a day. Re-ordering online is a Godsend. They arrive very quickly and we never have to run out to the stores to find them. Far better than other brands we've tried!!!

Tired several other name brands for my father. Others were either to tight in the inner thighs or didn't have enough pull to cover the whole buttocks. These were true to their size & have the same almost feel & look as men briefs.

My spouse refuses to wear anything else because they are comfortable in the stomach area they sit loosely on the stomach instead of all that bunching on other briefs. They work well and are strong enough to pull up. I won't be buying anything else.

Really like this product: just wish it was available in an XXL size. Great absorbency. And more fitted (not a sumo wrestler covering configuration), so far less chance of leakage of any kind.

Have shopped around for a decent brand ever since I decided I needed them. Tens is the best product I have found even though the price is a little higher than some other underwear. Tried Depends and they are garbage compared to Tena Depend don't last. They fall apart,the gel falls out and leaves a mess,the padding is about half as much as Tena . Tena is the best quality product i have found so far and they look like regular cloth underwear , which is a plus.

Good product. But shipping is NOT DISCREET! Comes in the manufacturer box with Tena branding all over it.

I've been using mens under garments for several years, due to prostate cancer and its after effects. I've used just about everyproduct out there , mainly because their easiest to find , at Walmart I've used Depends . But as of today, that issue has comeTo a screeching halt. These are the most comfortable , the most absorbent and if nothing else they look the part of any productAvailable. These will be my only product to use as of today. Ill never use another Depend even if they were free. Thanks Tensfor making such a great product.
